Anytime you have a question or a problem with your website or email, call us on the phone to get a prompt resolution.

While your new website is powered by a state-of-the-art content management system, it also includes a number of static pages. When you want to change the content of one of these pages, or add new pages, simply send us email or call with your request. Send us new text and images and we’ll put the changes up on your website within one business day. Our base hosting fee includes most all the revisions you will need at no additional charge.*

We will also handle all email management for you, setting up new mailboxes and removing discontinued mailboxes. We also maintain spam filtering settings as well as your specific whitelists and blacklists, if requested.

We are constantly updating and improving the CiCoSitePro engine and these updates are automatically installed on your site as they are released and tested. Maintenance also includes free activation of any feature modules you may add to your site after launch.

To keep you informed on how well your site is working, Urchin web analytics software is installed on our servers. Reports are available online at any time to show you how people found your site and how they explored it.

We also submit your site to search engines on a regular basis and scan your site for broken links, repairing those we can. In the event we are unable to repair a link, we remove the link and notify you of the problem.

In some cases, labor charges may apply for content maintenance when content changes require large scale efforts, huge seasonal or cyclical content updates or where the timing or schedule of content changes are so critical that other projects and responsibilities of our staff would need to be set aside to handle your project.
