We'll do our best to help you work through every problem, always keeping in mind our total commitment to your satisfaction. Modifications, of course, are optional. Standard Support is provided during normal business hours via email, phone and fax to all CiCoSitePro clients at no additional cost. Extended Support includes all benefits of Standard Support plus extended hours up to 24x7x365, and access to Technical Support via cell phone for critical issues during non-business hours.
